Common questions before scoping a service
Yes — that's a common path. Process Consulting gives you the audit and roadmap; if the highest-leverage opportunity is a build, we move directly into AI-Ready Software or MCP Integration with the discovery work already done. The consulting fee is credited toward the build engagement.
Fixed-price for Discovery and Process Consulting (so you know the cost before signing). Time-and-materials with weekly cadence and exit criteria for Build engagements — this protects both sides when scope evolves with what we learn in production.
You own all the code, infrastructure, and documentation. We can stay on monthly retainer for ongoing partnership (most clients do — agent surface area expands over time), or fully hand off to your internal team.
Yes — we sign NDAs before discovery calls and execute Data Processing Agreements before any engagement that touches production data. Our security and data-handling practices are documented in our Privacy Policy section 12.
